About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst The Board-Certified Behavior Analysts designs skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. Supervision and professional development of RBTs is an essential component. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will coach & mentor a team of dedicated RBTs. Reaching Milestones will provide the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a team-focused clinical environment with support from other highly experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Requirements

BCBA Certification; state licensure if required by state law.
Eligible applicants must possess a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Certification.
Master's (Required)
Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Design skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors.
Utilize our in-house clinical practice software, the RMAPP.
Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors.
Supervise, train, and mentor a Team of RBTs.
Participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and CEU events.
Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results.
