About The Position

Developmental Pathways is dedicated to providing high-quality autism services and improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with a create your own schedule option! Requirements

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Meet with clients remotely or through telehealth as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
