Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Strong commitment to ethical, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients.
- Supervise RBTs.
- Focus on clients and supervision.
- Manage caseloads to focus on meaningful clinical outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team.
- Adhere to ethical, high-quality care standards.
