About The Position

We're a small, locally-owned pediatric therapy clinic in the Katy / Fulshear, TX that provides ABA, speech, and occupational therapy to kiddos ages 18 months to 6 years on the autism spectrum. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely passionate about making a difference every single day.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pediatric therapy
• Experience with ABA, speech, and occupational therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children ages 18 months to 6 years on the autism spectrum.
• Manage a caseload of 8-12 clients.
• Collaborate with on-site SLPs and OTs daily.
• Work towards exceeding billable expectations.
