BCBA – 5K Sign-On - Dedicated Clinical Support – Union, NJ
About The Position
At Flywheel Centers, we believe BCBAs do their best work when they're supported, focused, and valued. This is a role where you can deliver high-quality ABA care, grow professionally, and actually enjoy your work. This role is fully center-based, meaning no home visits and no travel between clients. You will have a dedicated BT Liaison to handle scheduling, parent communication, and coordination, allowing you to focus on clinical work. You will also receive hands-on clinical support from an engaged Clinical Director and a dedicated BCBA supervisor. The position offers reasonable caseloads for meaningful clinical outcomes and growth opportunities with a clear path to Lead BCBA or Clinical Director.
Requirements
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Collaborative, ethical, and committed to quality care
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide parent training
- Supervise RBTs
- Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Benefits
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus - $2,500 after 3 months, $2,500 after 6 months
