About The Position

CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency focused on driving meaningful client outcomes by investing in its caregivers. The agency's approach is modern, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming, with non-negotiable clinical standards. This role involves shaping the next generation of the field through intentional supervision, rigorous BST, and genuine investment in practitioner growth, rather than mere compliance. This is a hybrid position, approximately 75% remote/telehealth, and is open to local candidates only.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Passes background check
• TB test within 3 weeks of hire
• Current immunizations
• Reliable transportation
• Valid CA driver's license
• Vehicle insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide intentional supervision to upcoming BCBAs.
• Conduct rigorous Behavioral Skills Training (BST).
• Invest genuinely in the growth of practitioners.
• Provide high-quality, consistent, and structured supervision.
• Demonstrate fluency in BST, not just describe it.
• Pursue current evidence-based practice independently.
• Adapt teaching methods to individual learners.
• Hold yourself and your supervisees accountable.
• Communicate directly and professionally with families, staff, and leadership.
• Manage cases and consult with students.
