About The Position

CCBS is a clinician-owned ABA agency focused on driving meaningful client outcomes by investing in its caregivers. The agency utilizes a modern, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming approach with high clinical standards. This is a 100% remote position overseeing telehealth and in-person sessions. The role involves managing a caseload, supervising RBTs and student analysts, conducting caregiver training, and facilitating social skills groups. A minimum of 30 clinical hours per week is expected, with a 90% utilization rate of recommended treatment hours.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
Ability to adapt supervision to the individual
Ability to pursue current evidence-based practice independently
Ability to manage time and documentation without constant oversight
Ability to communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
Passes background check
