About The Position
Join BlueSprig’s Severe Behavior Center, a specialized setting providing highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors. This center is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact while working with increased staff-to-client ratios, advanced safety protocols, and strong clinical collaboration. The role emphasizes practicing at the top of your license, developing individualized, function-based treatment plans, and partnering closely with families for safe, sustainable, and long-term behavior change. The position requires a background check for the safety and security of clients.
Requirements
- Licensed and/or Certified BCBA.
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
- Must pass a background check, which may include criminal history and driving record.
Responsibilities
- Provide highly customized treatment for children presenting with complex and severe behaviors.
- Develop individualized, function-based treatment plans.
- Partner closely with families to create safe, sustainable, and long-term behavior change.
- Engage in active caregiver participation.
- Participate in ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to research initiatives and clinical committees.
