About The Position

Cole Academy ABA Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to partner with us in the Washington, DC area as a session-based/contract BCBA. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and the ability to support families without taking on a traditional full-time caseload. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays
  • Strong parent training and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with clinical expectations
  • Reliable documentation, organization, and follow-through
  • Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain it
  • Availability for daytime, after-school, or evening sessions preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with in-home or community-based ABA
  • Experience supervising RBTs
  • Experience with insurance-funded ABA documentation
  • Experience working with early learners and school-aged children
  • DC/DMV market experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide BCBA clinical supervision and oversight for assigned clients
  • Conduct caregiver/parent training and support
  • Review and update treatment plans and programming as clinically appropriate
  • Analyze data and make treatment recommendations
  • Collaborate with RBTs, families, and internal clinical leadership
  • Complete required documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Support high-quality, ethical ABA services in home, community, school/daycare, or hybrid settings as needed
