About The Position
Cole Academy ABA Therapy is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to partner with us in the Washington, DC area as a session-based/contract BCBA. This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys flexibility, meaningful clinical work, and the ability to support families without taking on a traditional full-time caseload. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and developmental delays
- Strong parent training and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with clinical expectations
- Reliable documentation, organization, and follow-through
- Current liability insurance or willingness to obtain it
- Availability for daytime, after-school, or evening sessions preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience with in-home or community-based ABA
- Experience supervising RBTs
- Experience with insurance-funded ABA documentation
- Experience working with early learners and school-aged children
- DC/DMV market experience
Responsibilities
- Provide BCBA clinical supervision and oversight for assigned clients
- Conduct caregiver/parent training and support
- Review and update treatment plans and programming as clinically appropriate
- Analyze data and make treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with RBTs, families, and internal clinical leadership
- Complete required documentation in a timely and professional manner
- Support high-quality, ethical ABA services in home, community, school/daycare, or hybrid settings as needed
