Requirements

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification.
• Good standing with the BACB.
• BACB Supervisor Training completed.
• Master's degree.
• Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supervising kiddos on the spectrum.
• Familiarity with the 3 hours of supervision CEUs required each cycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote supervision up to 60% of the time.
• Conduct in-person field visits.
• Manage a caseload of 110 billable standard clients.
• Participate in monthly team meetings for collaboration.
• Supervise technicians in home settings.
• Write reports.
• Manage a team.
• Meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date TB test and BLS training.
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
