About The Position

This is an exciting new opportunity for a BCBA Program Director to build and lead a brand-new ABA program within a fully integrated pediatric therapy center in Edison, NJ. The role offers a unique environment focused on clinicians, not a large corporate structure, allowing for strong clinical support and leadership partnership. The position involves working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) under one roof and managing a manageable caseload of 8–12 clients. This role is designed for a BCBA with a leadership mindset who wants to genuinely shape a program from the ground up.
