About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Baton Rouge, LA. This is a PRN, on-site position at their ABA Center. The BCBA will support a caseload of approximately 8-12 children diagnosed with autism, aged 2-21. The role involves supervising behavioral technicians, completing assessments, providing parent training, and developing client-specific programs. The position offers a flexible schedule between 8 am and 4 pm and requires a minimum of 15 billable hours per week. Merakey is a non-profit provider of developmental, behavioral health, and education services, employing over 8,000 individuals across 12 states.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCBA eligibility
• Louisiana BCBA Licensure

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of an average of 8 – 12 children diagnosed with autism between the ages of 2 and 21.
• Supervising the behavioral technician implementation of programming
• Completing assessments
• Parent training
• Client specific program development
• Other miscellaneous duties assigned
