BCBA, LBA - Remote Cases

Horizon Blue ABANew York, NY
Remote

About The Position

Children with autism and their families deserve consistent, high-quality support. At Horizon Blue, we've built a structure that makes it possible with caseloads of 8 to 10 families and hours between 15 and 25 per week. Our billables reflect the work you're doing and the growth of the families we serve. Clinical decisions are driven by what each child needs, not by pressures that push against good care. Remote work requires strong communication skills. Parents need to trust that someone is watching their child's progress closely, adjusting when things aren't working, and reaching out proactively. We support our team through weekly collaboration, clinical mentorship, and involvement in RBT placements. We are a growing team, and the opportunity here scales with the work. BCBAs who show up consistently for their families help build something that works for everyone, including themselves.
