About The Position

This role involves designing care plans rooted in unique strengths, interests, and needs, supporting caregivers with compassionate coaching, and shaping meaningful outcomes through evidence-based practice. The position also includes training, supporting, and mentoring ABA staff in a collaborative, empowering approach, and providing clear, concise, and objective documentation reflecting the quality of care provided.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA/LABA
  • A BCBA who believes that goals should serve the person, not the program.
  • A clinician who knows ABA can and should evolve and wants to be part of that evolution.
  • A teammate who values transparency, honesty, and compassion for clients, families, and coworkers.
