About The Position

Success On The Spectrum is a national Autism Treatment franchise dedicated to quality, offering ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in nautical centers, in-home, and in-school. Our play-based model emphasizes Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and includes monthly field trips. We encourage high parent involvement and allow parents to observe therapy live. Success On The Spectrum provides free supervision and hands-on training to individuals enrolled in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst program and is an approved practicum site for many universities. Our university partnerships offer college tuition discounts to all SOS employees. We are seeking an organized, energetic BCBA Intern for full-time employment. Our paid internship program supports our culture of excellence, accountability, and critical thinking. Interns will be trained and supervised by BCBAs to perform all BCBA duties. Attention to detail is crucial for adhering to pre-authorized service schedules and documenting all services provided. Upon graduation and certification, there are opportunities to remain at SOS as a BCBA in newly opening locations. We also offer a student loan tuition reimbursement program. As part of a franchise, there is an option to transfer to different locations, and the potential to open your own franchise.
