Thrive Autism Services is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for in-home, hourly positions to provide ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder. The agency serves individuals aged 18 months to adulthood with behavior, cognitive, and developmental needs, focusing on client-centered care in a healthy and safe environment. This role offers flexibility with part-time hours starting at 10 per week, with the potential to build up to full-time, and a Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. BCBAs will develop and monitor treatment plans, collaborate with teams, and provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), directly impacting the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
