Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
  • Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
  • Use data to guide decisions and keep the child at the center of care
