Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills that build trust
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
- Partner closely with families and Caravel teams
- Use data to guide decisions and keep the child at the center of care
