BCBA – Full-Time School Role Austin, TX | 2026–2027 School Year Lead Behavior Change. Make a Real Difference. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a BCBA to support a school district in Austin for the upcoming school year. What You'll Do You'll take the lead in developing and implementing behavior strategies that help students succeed in the classroom. From conducting assessments to guiding staff, your work will create lasting, positive change. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in a related field
