About The Position

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time School-Based Role Dallas, TX | 2026–2027 School Year Support Positive Behavior. Make a Lasting Impact. Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in the Dallas area for the upcoming academic year. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with students, school teams, and families to develop and implement behavior strategies that support student success. Role Overview As a BCBA, you will design, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs. You'll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes in the classroom. Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Nice To Haves

• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Train and support school staff on behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
