About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support children and families in the Clearwater area. This role is school and home based, with opportunities to provide home services that support caregiver training and skill generalization. You will work alongside a collaborative team of clinicians focused on delivering outcomes that are meaningful to our clients, with consistent clinical and administrative support to help you focus on quality care. Directors and clinical supervisors are actively involved in supporting analysts with case consultation, problem-solving, and development. Clinical Support for BCBAs BCBAs in this role are supported by a strong clinical and administrative structure. Our team provides: Manageable caseload expectations designed to support quality care Administrative support for authorizations, scheduling, and credentialing Collaboration with experienced directors and clinical supervisors Opportunities to supervise RBTs and practicum students Predictable scheduling aligned with school-based services Caseload assignments within reasonable geographic proximity whenever possible This role is primarily based in school and home settings within Pinellas County, supporting clients during the school day and in the after school. Additional opportunities are available for: Supporting clients across school environments Caseloads are developed with leadership to align with your clinical interests, geographic preferences, and scheduling needs whenever possible. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across school and home environments as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in school settings preferred
  • Interest in mentoring RBTs and supporting developing clinicians

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Analyze data and adjust programming to support client progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and caregivers
  • Provide caregiver training to support consistency across environments
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements
