About The Position

Full-Time School BCBA – Dallas, TX 2026–2027 Academic Year Looking for a role with structure, support, and real impact? Pediatric Developmental Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in the Dallas area for the upcoming school year. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in collaborative school environments and guiding teams in effective behavior strategies. Position Overview This is a full-time, school-based role supporting primarily elementary and middle school students . You'll work closely with school staff to assess behavioral needs, develop intervention plans, and ensure consistent implementation across settings. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Train and support staff on behavior implementation
