Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity for your location.
- Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
- Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
- Providing both clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the success of the location.
