Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a minimal caseload, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity for your location.
  • Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
  • Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
  • Providing both clinical and administrative oversight to ensure the success of the location.
