About The Position
We are seeking a Part-Time BCBA Consultant to provide RBT Supervision. This role involves providing monthly supervision to assigned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with all requirements. The consultant will conduct direct observations, provide coaching, and ensure behavior intervention plans are implemented correctly. This position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- BCBA certification
- RBT supervision experience
- Knowledge of BACB Ethics Code and payer requirements
- Ability to conduct direct observations and provide feedback
- Strong documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Provide 1–2 hours of monthly supervision for assigned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
- Conduct direct observation of RBT service delivery and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Complete required supervision documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure RBTs implement behavior intervention plans with treatment fidelity.
- Communicate clinical observations and recommendations to the Clinical Director and treatment team as needed.
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code, state licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
- Participate in occasional clinical meetings or consultations, as needed.
