About The Position

ABA Squad is growing, and we are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, and BIP development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical supervision skills
  • Valid driver’s license (travel may be required for home-based supervision)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of ABA experience preferred
  • Senior BCBA experience a plus
  • Strong background in autism ABA services, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and behavior therapists
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Complete VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and other ABA assessments
  • Develop, implement, and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP development)
  • Oversee data-driven treatment planning and skill acquisition programs
  • Provide caregiver training and parent support in home and clinic settings
  • Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA service delivery for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team in a team-based ABA environment
  • Support continuity of care and consistent clinical outcomes
