DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to join our multidisciplinary team. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee ABA treatment programs, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate with families to ensure effective, compassionate care. We’re committed to delivering compassionate care, effective treatment plans, and continuous support to our clients and staff. We provide therapy services in homes, clinic, online, and skilled nursing facilities. Our mission is to better serve our communities and provide a place where individuals can foster skills to effectively communicate with loved ones and peers. DV Therapy is dedicated to providing the following holistic services such as speech & language therapy services occupational therapy services social skills groups feeding, accent modification and more! Our licensed clinicians provide services in Antelope Valley, Los Angeles, Bakersfield and San Gabriel Valley.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA services
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design, evaluate, and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and train clinical staff, providing ongoing feedback and support
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and adjust treatment strategies
- Collaborate with caregivers to teach behavior intervention techniques
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff
- Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and professional development
- Assist with scheduling, billing, and documentation processes
