About The Position

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee a caseload of approximately 18 clients located throughout West Ventura County, Carpinteria, Santa Barbara, and Goleta. This is a clinical leadership position, not an executive or administrative management role, allowing you to remain focused on clinical decision-making, treatment quality, and staff development. You'll provide a combination of in-person and telehealth supervision while collaborating with a dedicated team of Behavior Analyst Assistants currently enrolled in graduate ABA programs. This support structure allows you to focus on advanced clinical oversight while helping develop the next generation of behavior analysts. The ideal candidate is ethical, collaborative, solution-focused, and confident working with complex behavioral presentations in home and community settings.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Eligible for payer credentialing
  • Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Strong knowledge of ABA measurement, assessment, treatment design, and supervision best practices
  • Experience providing ABA services in home and community settings

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 3+ years of BCBA experience
  • Credentialed with CenCal and Carelon (GCHP) preferred
  • Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
  • Experience supervising RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Familiarity with ReThinkBH or similar ABA practice management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments.
  • Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and function-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Analyze client progress and make treatment decisions using ongoing data and visual analysis.
  • Design effective skill acquisition programs that promote meaningful and socially significant outcomes.
  • Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians through direct observation, performance feedback, and fidelity monitoring.
  • Deliver evidence-based Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to team members and caregivers.
  • Extend client-specific training and ensure treatment integrity across all service environments.
  • Mentor and support Behavior Analyst Assistants as they build advanced clinical competencies.
  • Partner with families, schools, physicians, SLPs, OTs, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and authorization documents accurately and on time.
  • Uphold BACB Ethics Code standards and all HIPAA/FERPA requirements.
