About The Position

The BCBA Clinical Director will lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Director will provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals is key to ensuring comprehensive, compassionate care. The role also focuses on fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in ABA therapy
  • Ability to oversee patient assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Skills in training and supporting staff
  • Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and other professionals

Responsibilities
