About The Position

This role focuses on leading and managing a clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. The position involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Clinical Director will also provide training and support to staff, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. A key aspect of the role is fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in clinical leadership
  • Ability to manage a clinical team

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
