About The Position
At Surpass Behavioral Health, Clinical Directors are supported to focus on delivering exceptional care and making a lasting difference in the lives of those they serve. The role offers the opportunity to create meaningful change for individuals and families through research-based interventions and compassionate care. The company handles administrative tasks such as credentialing, authorization requests, insurance denials, and RBT scheduling, allowing the director to dedicate time to client care. Surpass Behavioral Health provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with an autism diagnosis across various settings including clinics, homes, and schools. The team is mission-driven, values collaboration, professional growth, and aims to empower brighter futures.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- At least three years or more working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary team setting
- Demonstrates integrity by following BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
