About The Position
Recruit Secure is collaborating with a well established ABA Therapy Clinic which is seeking an experienced and driven BCBA Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at a growing clinic in Riverdale, GA. This is a in-person leadership role responsible for overseeing ABA therapists while managing key clinical and administrative functions that support the day-to-day success of the clinic. The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with the Assistant Administrator to ensure the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong background in administrative and clerical responsibilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Manage clinical programming, case reviews, and treatment plan oversight
- Support daily clinic operations through administrative and clerical tasks
- Collaborate with the Assistant Administrator on workflow, staffing, and quality assurance
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to staff
