About The Position

ABC is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead and manage the clinical team, delivering high-quality ABA therapy services. The role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. The Clinical Director will provide training and support to staff, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in leading and managing a clinical team
  • Proficiency in overseeing patient assessments and developing treatment plans
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Ability to train and support staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques
  • Skills in monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans
  • Experience collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
