About The Position

The BCBA Clinical Director will lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. This role involves overseeing patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. The Director will also provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Experience in clinical leadership
  • Ability to manage a clinical team
  • Proficiency in ABA therapy services
  • Experience in patient assessment and treatment planning
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health
  • Skills in training and supporting staff
  • Ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Strong collaboration skills with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
  • Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
  • Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
