About The Position

Since 2010 our company has been dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA Therapy services to individuals with autism and related developmental differences. This is a full or part-time Hybrid BCBA Position providing center and home based services in Kaufman County, Texas. Salaried and Contract Positions available. Requirements

Master’s Degree in ABA or related field (education, psychology, human development, etc.)
Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
Demonstrated ability to conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and analyze data-driven outcomes
Positive team player and energetic professional
Strong organizational and time-management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Good judgment and creative thinking skills
Experience supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs in the delivery of ABA services.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in electronic health records or practice management systems and basic computer applications.

Nice To Haves

experience with autism services or pediatric populations is preferred
