About The Position
Circle Care Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum in a hybrid/in-home setting. The organization emphasizes expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care scheduled at families’ convenience. BCBAs receive clinical support, training, accommodations, and mentorship. Daytime hours are available, with flexible scheduling and full-time and part-time positions offered. Compensation is listed as $90–$110 per hour, with salaried options.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and licensure.
- 2–4 years of experience in ABA instruction.
- Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures.
- Ability to lead and instruct therapists.
