Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a center-based setting for consistent evening hours. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for predictable, stable part-time work in one location with a set schedule.
Compensation: We offer competitive pay $85-105 per hour

Requirements

• Must hold an active BCBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs/BTs
• Monitor client progress and make program adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure services are delivered in accordance with ethical and clinical standards
