About The Position

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is seeking passionate BCBAs and BCaBAs who are looking for part-time hours with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position. T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. Requirements

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active LARA License (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Telehealth supervision
• Monthly in-person visits
• Collaborative team support
• Flexible scheduling based on clinical needs
• Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
• Dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses
• Maintain strong clinical and ethical standards
