About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support. We’re hiring BCBA's and BCaBA's for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and grow your skills; with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.

Requirements

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
• ABA experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical care BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week
• Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance
• Track and review client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery
