About The Position
HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team in Hampton, VA! Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification and Virginia state licensure (or eligibility)
- Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum (new graduates considered with strong training support)
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementation and development of functional behavior assessments and evidence-based treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland)
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
