About The Position

Autism 360 is seeking a compassionate and motivated BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to join their clinical team in Shelby, NC. This role offers the opportunity to help children with autism reach meaningful milestones while providing strong mentorship, manageable caseloads, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment. The company also offers FREE BCBA supervision hours, including unrestricted hours that can be accrued during the workday, making it an ideal position for those planning to become a BCBA.

Requirements

  • Current BCaBA certification
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles
  • The ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships
  • A passion for helping both learners and team members grow

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training
  • Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies
  • Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness
  • Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners AND team members can thrive
