About The Position

Responsible for the production of all BBQ Protein food prep. This role involves ensuring consistency and quality by following recipe guidelines, maintaining proper food storage and organization, and managing food levels according to business volume. The cook is also accountable for kitchen cleanliness, sanitation standards, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Cannot be convicted of a felony.
  • Ability to multi-task and think quickly.
  • Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative.
  • Ability to enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
  • Possess good communication skills to deal with staff.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required.

  • Maintain food levels consistent with business volume and needs.
  • Adhere to kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards, including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation.
  • Contribute to guest satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
