About The Position

Cooks prepare the highest quality food items for retail by following established recipes, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge on food preparation
  • Safely use/operate rotisserie oven, fryers, kettle, knives, scales, and all other equipment required in the day-to-day operation of the rotisserie department
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Current Culinary Arts student or graduate, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Inventory cases and prepare production list
  • Follow recipes to prepare and reheat food items
  • Rotate products on display
  • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Assist in other duties, as assigned
