About The Position

Trinity Elms is currently seeking a qualified Baylor Nurse to join their team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of Lutheran Services Carolinas and support a vibrant senior living community, working alongside a dedicated group of professionals committed to serving residents. The position is a Baylor Shift Nurse available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nurses administer and document medication and treatments, maintain drug room security, monitor resident conditions, perform nursing procedures, and supervise the nursing team.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Nurse program.
Current Nurse license in the state of North Carolina.
CPR certification or willingness to complete it.

Responsibilities

Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
Carrying out various nursing procedures, including catheter care, dressing changes, and administering respiratory treatments.
Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.

Benefits

$10,000 Signing Bonus (Paid out in increments over two years of employment)
Competitive Nurse base pay (based on experience).
Baylor nurses receive an additional $4 per hour shift differential on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Baylor nurses also receive 25% Baylor pay.
Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour
