Requirements

• Ability to pass a pulmonary and respiratory physical.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

• 1 year of related experience.
• Knowledge about construction and insulation blowing machines.

Responsibilities

• Receive work orders, load necessary equipment, and travel to the job site.
• Prepare the installation site by setting up equipment and clearing the area.
• Perform air infiltration detailing.
• Hand install insulation using the envelope theory.
• Install caulk, foam, stops, chutes, and blockers where needed.
• Clean the job site upon completion.
• Return all equipment to the truck in an organized manner.
• Communicate with team members and other tradesmen.
