About The Position

The Battery Truck Driver is responsible for following a set daily delivery route. They will interact directly with our Store Manager and/or other store personnel, as well as our customer client base, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

CDL required.
Ability to sit for extended periods.
May occasionally be required to lift 50lbs or more.
Must maintain a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

CDL / Hazmat license preferred.
Experience with Battery Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow a set daily delivery route.
Interact directly with Store Managers and/or other store personnel.
Interact directly with the customer client base.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Ensure the vehicle is free of debris, clean, and operates safely during each use.
Clean high-touch areas, frequently touched surfaces (steering wheel, gear shift, door handles).
Shake out or vacuum floor mats.
Remove items from under seats.
Clean mud or snow off shoes before driving.
Clean up spills immediately.
Promptly throw away trash.
