About The Position

This is a Battery Swap project where technicians will be responsible for replacing approximately 9,000 UPS Batteries. These batteries are heavy (110lb-120lb each), making the role labor-intensive. The company is looking for fit candidates who are interested in working in the DC Power Plant world of Data Centers. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training and formal initial Enersys training will be provided. The assignment duration is expected to be 6 months plus.

Requirements

• Strong Work Ethic
• Ability to learn and take directions
• Must have own transportation
• Compliance with Drug, Background, and Vaccination requirements
• Basic Hand Tools

• Experience with Cable, installation, hardware
