Battery Specialist
About The Position
This role involves a variety of tasks related to battery product management, including accurate pulling of products, preparation for delivery or shipment, labeling, and safe delivery to customers. The specialist is also responsible for picking up and returning cores and warranties, maintaining accurate paperwork, managing inventory, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment. Safety measures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), are essential. The role may also involve operating tools, equipment, or vehicles if properly licensed, trained, or certified. Additionally, establishing and maintaining positive customer relations is a key aspect of the job, along with performing any other required duties.
Requirements
- Ability to accurately pull product in accordance with paperwork.
- Ability to prepare product for delivery or shipment.
- Ability to label product, if needed.
- Ability to safely deliver product to the customer.
- Ability to safely pick up and return cores and warranties.
- Ability to prepare and submit complete and accurate paperwork.
- Ability to properly maintain inventory.
- Ability to participate in maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.
- Ability to take safety measures, as appropriate, including proper usage of PPE.
- Possession of appropriate licenses, training, or certifications to operate tools, equipment, or vehicles, if required.
- Ability to establish and maintain cordial relations with customers.
