About The Position

The Battery Marketer drives an assigned route and works directly with customers to deliver, stock, and pick up batteries while providing reliable customer service. This field-based role maintains battery inventory at customer locations, handles battery cores and related paperwork, and shares information about battery products and marketing materials. The marketer also recommends other Factory Motor Parts products based on customer needs and represents the company professionally and safely at each stop. The position involves routine driving, frequent lifting and carrying, and the use of manual handling equipment.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Be comfortable regularly lifting and moving batteries weighing up to 75 pounds using proper technique.
• Have a customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through reliable, consistent service.
• Deliver, stock, and pick up batteries at customer locations according to the established route schedule.
• Provide customers with information on battery offerings and marketing materials, including product features and benefits.
• Recommend other Factory Motor Parts products based on customer needs.
• Handle battery cores and paperwork accurately and according to company standards.
• Represent Factory Motor Parts with professionalism, safety, and reliability at every stop.
