This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industrial batteries and chargers, performing planned maintenance, maintaining a service van and its inventory, and processing paperwork.

Requirements

Less than 2 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
Good written/verbal communication skills
Good customer care skills

Nice To Haves

Technical degree
Previous battery and charger repair experience

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer industrial batteries and chargers.
Maintain a service van and its inventory.
Process paperwork after completion of each job.
