About The Position
Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair minor damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels … Almost Everything! Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is to deliver a positive customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This role involves exercising creativity by problem-solving small repairs that are usually complete in an hour or less.
Requirements
- Experience performing work using your hands (e.g., construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies)
- Ability to comprehend and match colors (detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors)

Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
