As a Bathroom Remodeling Installer Trainee, you'll work directly with an experienced Lead Installer to learn every aspect of professional bathroom remodeling. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Dependable with excellent attendance
  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching
  • Detail-oriented with pride in producing quality work
  • Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
  • Stand, kneel, bend, squat, and climb throughout the workday
  • Work in residential construction environments
  • Safely use hand and power tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following: Construction, Bathroom or Kitchen Remodeling, Carpentry, Flooring Installation, Drywall, General Contracting, Home Improvement, Maintenance Technician, Handyman Services, Roofing, Window & Door Installation, Cabinet Installation, General Labor
  • At least 1 year of construction, remodeling, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with demolition and job site preparation
  • Install showers, bathtubs, wall surrounds, and accessories
  • Learn finish carpentry, trim work, and flooring installation
  • Assist with light plumbing fixture installation
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Load, unload, and organize materials
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service
  • Learn installation techniques while completing real customer projects
